This is the premier creation museum in the world. The new $27 million museum opened on May 28, 2007. Over 400,000 have toured the 60,000 ft2 facility in its first year.

The museum exhibits were professionally designed. The same person who designed many of the attractions at Universal Studios in Florida also designed these exhibits. The museum has a planetarium, animatronic dinosaurs, and a theater with seats that shake and spray water to simulate a Flood experience.

This museum is world-class. The technical sophistication and professional quality of the museum exhibits worries evolutionary scientists because of the influence the exhibits have on students.

“They’ll show up in classrooms and say, ‘Gee, Mrs. Brown, I went to this spiffy museum last summer, and they say that everything you’re teaching me is a lie,'” said Eugenie Scott, the executive director of the National Center for Science Education, on Good Morning America.

So many visitors to Kentucky state parks have challenged evolutionary naturalists based on what they saw at the Creation Museum, that training sessions have been instituted to teach the naturalists how to deal with visitors’ objections.

Clearly the Creation Museum is effective in accomplishing its educational purpose.

For Christ and His Kingdom. Soli Deo Gloria.

For behold, He who forms mountains and creates the wind
And declares to man what are His thoughts,
He who makes dawn into darkness
And treads on the high places of the earth,
The LORD God of hosts is His name.

  1. I love this museum, and would highly recommend it. And it’s great that it’s so close to the Ark Encounter as well.
