2021 Thanksgiving Quiz

(3 Minute Read. 17Nov2021)

Thanksgiving is an annual holiday dedicated to expressing thanks and praise to God for His blessings throughout the year. Thanksgiving is celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November in the U.S.

Even after the trials of this past year, all of us have much for which to be thankful. Forgiveness of sin, eternal life, family, friends, health, jobs, food, shelter, and trials are some of His continued blessings for which we should be thankful.
Know that the Lord Himself is God;
It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves;
We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.
Enter His gates with thanksgiving
And His courts with praise.
Give thanks to Him, bless His name.
For the Lord is good;
His lovingkindness is everlasting
And His faithfulness to all generations.
(Psalm 100:3-5)

Here is a quiz I put together on the theme of giving thanks. Most answers are in the Bible, but the answers will also appear in next Wednesday’s blog post
2021 Thanksgiving Quiz Answers immediately preceding Thanksgiving.

Some of these quiz questions are easy and some are hard, but all prompt reflection on the Scriptural teaching on giving thanks. Try to answer first without using the Bible. Enjoy!
