Striving to discredit Genesis, skeptics frequently ask: “Where did Cain get his wife?” The question seems difficult to some because of evolutionary mindsets. Actually, from a Biblical worldview, it’s easy to answer.
Jesus’ reply to Sadducees fits this situation perfectly: ”Is this not the reason you are mistaken, that you do not understand the Scriptures, or the power of God?” (Mark 12:24)

Then Cain went out from the presence of the LORD, and settled in the land of Nod, east of Eden. And Cain had relations with his wife and she conceived, and gave birth to Enoch; and he built a city, and called the name of the city Enoch, after the name of his son. (Genesis 4:16-17)
When Adam had lived one hundred and thirty years, he became the father of a son in his own likeness, according to his image, and named him Seth. Then the days of Adam after he became the father of Seth were eight hundred years, and he had other sons and daughters.
